This is a stainless steel Tag Heuer Monaco Chronograph CBL2111.BA0644. It has a leather strap with a stainless steel Heuer tang buckle, and a domed scratch resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coatings. There is a screw-down signed winding crown faithful to the original, and an exhibition sapphire display case back secured with 4 screws, and engraved with "MONACO – SWISS MADE SINCE 1860 – SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL – WATER RESISTANT 100 METERS." The 39mm by 39mm square solid two-body case, straight lugs, and flat bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is blue with applied faceted silver baton hour markers, luminous dot indices around an inner minute/one-fifth second scale and pointed steel baton hands with luminous inserts. It has a red center sweep chronograph hand, and there is a date aperture window and small seconds at the 6 o'clock position. There are twin square silver subsidiary dials with red indicator hands, including a 30-minute chronograph totalizer at 9 o'clock, and a 30 minute register at 3 o'clock. It has a 40-hour power reserve at full wind, and it's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet. The 14mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Tag Heuer Monaco Chronograph CBL2111.BA0644 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Tag Heuer caliber 02 (base ETA 2892) movement, with a Dubois-Depraz chronograph module. It's nickel plated with fausses cotes embellishment, and it's constructed with 59 jewels, an Incabloc anti-shock device, and a monometallic glucydor balance. The oscillating mass has Cotes de Geneve embellishment and is engraved "TAG HEUER – CALIBER 02 – SWISS MADE." The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz). This Tag Heuer Monaco Chronograph CBL2111.BA0644 was introduced in c. 2011, a faithful renewal of the 1969 first-ever square water-resistant case and chronograph. Steve McQueen chose to wear it in the film LE MANS, which made it iconic. This version is slightly larger, with a more powerful caliber 12 engine and a sapphire crystal.
