This is a stainless steel Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra Thin Q2788520. It has an alligator leather strap with a JLC stainless steel tang buckle, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a pull out winding crown, and a solid case back engraved with "JAEGER-LECOULTRE – REVERSO – 3 BAR," a serial number, and the oval JLC 1000 hours master control test stamp showing it has passed the rigorous examination before leaving the factory. The 46mm by 27.5mm solid five-body case, straight lugs, and striated rectangular tonneau art deco bezel, are polished/brushed. The inner case back is engine turned. It includes a two-tone silver dial with a linear pattern guilloche textured center, black Arabic numerals, and an inner rectangular minute scale. It has blued sword hands, and the reverse case back is polished for personalization. It's water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and it has a 45-hour power reserve at full winding. The ultra-thin 7.23mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra Thin Q2788520 has a mechanical manual winding Jaeger-LeCoultre caliber 822 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, 134 components, a single barrel, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a monometallic balance, an index regulator, and a self-compensating flat balance spring. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
