This 18k rose gold Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph 26240OR.OO.D002CR.02 includes an18k rose gold case on an alligator leather strap, with a gold deployment buckle and glareproofed scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has an octagonal pull-out signed winding crown, octagonal screw down chronograph push buttons, and an octagonal exhibition sapphire crystal display case back secured with 8 white gold screws, and it’s engraved with “ROYAL OAK – AU750,” hallmarks, and a serial number. The 50mm diameter barrel-shaped case, hooded/hinged lugs, and octagonal flat bezel with 8 face screws, are brushed/polished. It has a black Clous de Paris guilloche waffle-pattern dial with gold baton hour and minute hands, a gold center sweep second hand with a skeletonized counterbalance, and there is a square date aperture window between 4 and 5 o’clock. It includes three recessed sunray black subsidiary dials with gold rings, white Arabic numerals, markers, and gold indicator hands, including a 30-minute chronograph totalizer at 9 o’clock, a constant small second register at 6 o’clock, and there is a 12-hour chronograph counter at 3 o’clock. It has gold baton hour markers around a white perimeter minute/second scale. It has a 70-hour power reserve at full winding, it’s water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet, and the 12.4mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve and perlage embellishment, and it's constructed with 40 jewels, 381 components, and an anti-shock system. It includes a 22K rose gold skeletonized rotor, a monometallic balance, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4hz). It was released in 2022 as a replacement for the “50th Anniversary” model.
