The 43mm diameter solid three-body case, screwed downturned lugs, and concave "cupped" bezel are polished, with the Breguet "coined/fluted" case band. The dial has an enameled map of Europe, with a translucent blue ocean surrounded by a wave motif. It includes a silicon straight-line lever escapement and escape lever, a self-compensating flat silicon balance spring, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4Hz).
