It includes a pull out signed winding crown with crown guards, and a screw down exhibition sapphire display case back. The 35.2mm diameter square solid three-body case, rounded flat octagonal bezel with polished edges, downturned hooded lugs, and bracelet are polished/brushed. The bezel is set with 56 round diamonds. The dial is gray opaline with gradated horizontal waves, luminous steel epee hands, and applied lozenge index hour markers with luminous fill, around a steel dot perimeter minute/second scale. There is a center sweep seconds hand with a baton counterbalance, an applied luminous Arabic numeral at 12 o'clock, and a steel-rimmed date aperture window is at the 6 o'clock position. It's water resistant to 60 meters/200 feet, it has a 45-hour power reserve at full wind, and the 8.62mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Patek Philippe Nautilus Ladies Automatic 7118/1200A-011 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 324 S movement. It's rhodium plated with Glashutte ribbing and fausses cotes embellishment, and it includes an applied gold Patek Philippe seal. It's constructed with 29 jewels, 213 components, and a shock absorber mechanism. It includes a straight-line lever escapement, a Gyromax balance wheel that's adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung Spiromax balance spring. It has a 21K gold rotor segment with the Calatrava emblem in high relief, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 28,800 vph (4 Hz).
