This is an 18k rose gold Vacheron Constantin Harmony Chronograph 5000S/000R-B139. It includes an 18K rose gold square cushion-shaped case with an alligator leather strap, an18K rose gold double deployment buckle, and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a signed screw down winding crown, arched/angled rectangular chronograph push buttons, and an exhibition sapphire display crystal case back secured with 4 gold screws, and it’s engraved with “VACHERON CONSTANTIN – 5000S – SWISS MADE – AU750,” hallmarks, and a serial number. The 37mm by 46mm (including lugs) square case, curved lugs, and flat square stepped bezel, are polished. It has a silver dial with dark blue painted Arabic numeral hour markers surrounded by a black railway-style hour/minute/second scale, rose gold poire hour and minute hands, and a blued center sweep second hand with an “observatoire” open worked circular counterbalance. There are twin recessed white rose gold-ringed subsidiary dials with black Arabic numerals, markers, and gold/blued indicator hands, including a constant running small seconds register at 9 o’clock, and a 30-minute chronograph totalizer is at 3 o’clock. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full winding, it’s water resistant to 30 meters/100 feet, and the 11.8mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Vacheron Constantin Harmony Chronograph 5000S/000R-B139 has a mechanical manual winding Vacheron & Constantin caliber 1142 (base Lemania design 2310 ébauche) column wheel chronograph movement. It's rhodium plated with Cotes de Geneve embellishment, and it's constructed with 21 jewels, 164 components, and a shock protection system. It includes an adjustable free-sprung balance with a Breguet overcoil, a monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz). The caliber 1142 is the successor to caliber 1141, and it was introduced in 2016.
