This is a 1987 stainless steel Rolex GMT Master II FAT LADY 16760. It has an integral stainless steel Oyster bracelet, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. There is a solid screw-down case back and the Twinlock screw-down winding crown with quick set date has crown guard shoulders. The 40mm diameter solid three-body case, integral lugs, bracelet, and bidirectional revolving bezel are polished/brushed. The black and red graduated 24-hour second time zone bezel indicates day and night, and is indicated by a center red hand with a luminous triangular tip. The original black gloss dial has applied luminous circle, baton, and triangle hour markers, and Rolex skeleton "Mercedes" tritium hands. There is a center sweep seconds hand with a luminous circle indicator. It has a Certified Official Superlative Chronometer (COSC) rating. There is a date aperture at 3 o'clock underneath a Cyclops magnifying bubble on the crystal. It's water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and the 12.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed. This Rolex GMT Master II FAT LADY 16760 has a mechanical automatic self-winding Rolex caliber 3085 movement. It's rhodium-plated, with oeil-de-perdrix embellishment. It's constructed with 27 jewels, an Incabloc shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance that's adjusted to temperatures and five positions, a self-compensating free-sprung Breguet balance spring, Microstella regulating screws, and a hacking seconds mechanism for precision time setting.
